Formación

• Native or fluent Swedish with good English communication.
• Sales or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Positive attitude, resilience and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Manage outbound and inbound sales calls to convert leads into customers.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored product or service solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of the product portfolio to present compelling value propositions.
• Drive performance across KPIs such as conversions and revenue targets.
• Update CRM tools and manage customer information accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with customer support and sales teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Provide feedback to improve processes, messaging, and overall sales performance.
