Job summary

Six Senses Quexigal Palace is seeking a professional Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service in a luxury setting on site in Spain. You will greet guests warmly, present cocktails and wines, and ensure service aligns with brand standards and menus.

Fluent English and Spanish are required, with additional languages a plus. Expect strong upselling, cost awareness, and cooperation with the Food & Beverage team in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of bartender experience.
• Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized school is preferred.
• Experience in cocktail making, beverage service, and wine/spirits knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid authorization to work in Spain (visa/permit).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and attentively.
• Prepare, present, and serve beverages to resort standards.
• Maintain knowledge of all beverage menus and prices.
• Upsell beverages and resort facilities as directed.
• Ensure accurate guest billing and friendly departures.
• Keep bars clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Report maintenance issues and uphold Six Senses standards.
• Attend training and briefings as required.
• Protect guest privacy and handle data confidentially.
• Demonstrate cost control and waste reduction.
