Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years’ bartender experience in a full‑service outlet or similar setting.
• Hospitality diploma/degree preferred.
• Experience in cocktail making and beverage service with knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages preferred.

• Know beverage recipes, preparation methods, and presentation standards.
• Ensure efficient service and correct mise en place for cocktails and beverages.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of menus and wine lists; report faults promptly.
• Adhere to Six Senses standards and participate in training and meetings.
• Protect guest privacy and sensitive information; contribute to waste reduction and profitability.
