Innovamat is seeking a Strategy Associate based in Barcelona to join our growing Strategy Team. You will work on high-impact decisions, partnering with senior leadership to drive governance, analytics, and strategic initiatives across markets.

This role blends strategy, operations, and execution, offering fast learning and meaningful responsibility early in your career. Youll collaborate across functions, support market launches, and help shape our global growth trajectory.

Formación

• +1 year experience in a fast-paced, high performing environment.
• Experience working on complex cross-functional projects or strategic initiatives.
• Exposure to entrepreneurial settings or international environments is a plus!
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build structured analyses, models, and strategic frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Spanish and English.
• Solid proficiency in presentations and spreadsheets (AI skills is a strong plus).
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate in fast-moving environments.

Responsabilidades

• Governance & Leadership: Support Leadership Team/Board meeting prep and follow-up; prepare strategic briefings and memos; strengthen governance processes.
• Internal Consulting: Analyze data to generate insights; identify growth opportunities; build metrics and dashboards.
• Special Projects: Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders across the organization.
• Culture & Organizational Effectiveness: Design org structures, processes, and operating rhythms to improve alignment and clarity.
