Job summary

King is seeking an Associate Director to join the CMO Office in Barcelona. You will connect priorities, coordinate delivery and enable marketing leaders to focus on direction and excellence.

The role isn’t traditional marketing operations; it demands strong marketing expertise and the ability to align multiple disciplines across the funnel. You will lead a small team, structure priorities, manage executive-level meetings, and drive clearer narratives with the CMO and Marketing Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a CMO Office or similar executive support role.
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders in a large, complex org.
• Experience managing and developing a small team.
• Proven track record coordinating objectives across multiple teams.
• Experience preparing senior-level meetings, presentations and communications.
• Background in gaming, entertainment, or consumer digital business is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Structure and maintain visibility over key Marketing priorities with the CMO.
• Lead and develop a small team, set clear priorities and fast-track impact.
• Own objective-setting, reviews, risks and required support.
• Prepare meetings and presentations with clear agendas and narratives.
• Maintain a consolidated view of priorities and dependencies for leadership.
• Coordinate with Marketing Leadership Team for cross-team alignment.
• Communicate clearly across Marketing to keep the org informed.
• Capture decisions and follow up with owners to keep commitments.
• Oversee selected projects sponsored by the CMO with milestones and follow-through.
• Improve templates, forums, and ways of working for clarity and focus.
• Leverage AI tools to boost planning, synthesis and communication.
