Job summary

King seeks an Associate Director to join the CMO Office in Barcelona. You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and the Marketing Leadership Team to connect priorities, coordinate delivery and identify collaboration opportunities to strengthen outcomes.

You will lead a small team, set clear priorities, and drive the objective‑setting and review process while ensuring milestones, risks, and decisions are clearly tracked and communicated across the Marketing function.

Qualifications

• Must have experience supporting senior marketing leadership and translating strategy into action.
• Proven ability to structure priorities and coordinate multi‑team delivery.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support CMO to structure visibility over priorities across Marketing.
• Lead and develop a small team with clear priorities.
• Own objective‑setting, progress tracking and risk management.
• Prepare meetings and presentations with clear narratives for the CMO and Leadership Team.
• Maintain a consolidated view of priorities and dependencies.
