Qualifications

• +1 years of experience in a fast-paced, high performing environment (start-ups, strategy, consulting, investment banking...).
• Experience working on complex cross-functional projects or strategic initiatives.
• Exposure to entrepreneurial settings or international environments is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Governance & Leadership Support: Prepare and follow up Leadership Team, Extended Leadership, and Board meetings with clear execution of decisions.
• Strategic briefs: Prepare memos, analyses, and presentations to support executive decision-making.
• Build governance processes and operating rhythms across the organization.
• Analyze data and build insights to inform leadership decisions.
• Identify opportunities for exponential growth, including new international markets, partnerships or M&A exploration.
• Create metrics and dashboards to track performance.
• Drive strategic projects end-to-end from idea to execution with cross-functional coordination.
• Collaborate with teams across markets to align global strategy with local execution.
