Factorial HR is seeking a data-driven Operations/Strategy Associate to support end-to-end partnerships and ensure data integrity across our CRM, databases, and product systems. You will build dashboards to monitor deals and MRR and provide KPI-driven support to multiple teams.

The role emphasizes automation and scalable workflows, with 1–2 years in strategy or startup environments. Fluency in English and native Spanish is required, along with strong communication and organisational skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data/Analytics.
• 1–2 years in Strategy Consulting / Investment Banking / Startup / VC.
• Strong interest in Tech scale-ups and SaaS business models.
• Analytical data collection and interpretation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and deadline-driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with proactive problem solving.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and native Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end operations: discovery, partner matching, and process documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy across CRM, databases, and product systems.
• Produce dashboards and reports to monitor deals and MRR.
• Provide data-driven operational support and track KPIs and SLAs.
• Automate manual tasks and optimize internal workflows for scale.
