Factorial HR is seeking a data-driven Operations/Strategy Associate to support end-to-end partnerships and ensure data integrity across our CRM, databases, and product systems. You will build dashboards to monitor deals and MRR and provide KPI-driven support to multiple teams.

The role emphasizes automation and scalable workflows, with 1–2 years in strategy or startup environments. Fluency in English and native Spanish is required, along with strong communication and organisational skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data/Analytics.
• 1–2 years in Strategy Consulting / Investment Banking / Startup / VC.
• Strong interest in Tech scale-ups and SaaS business models.
• Analytical data collection and interpretation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and deadline-driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with proactive problem solving.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and native Spanish.

Role Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operations, including discovery, partner matching, workflow documentation, and process consistency across teams.
• Ensure accuracy and alignment of data across CRM, internal databases, and product systems, acting as the reference for data quality.
• Produce dashboards and reports to monitor deals and MRR performance.
• Provide data-driven operational support to internal teams, track KPIs and SLAs, and ensure proper issue routing and follow-up.
• Improve scalability by automating manual tasks and optimizing internal workflows.

Role Requirements

• Finished a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data / Analytics
• 1–2 years work experience in Strategy Consulting/ Investment Banking/ Startup/ VC.
• Strong interest in the Tech scale-ups ecosystem (i.e. Itnig) and understanding of SaaS business models.
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyse and interpret data to make informed business decisions.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure and in a context of shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to build relationships with stakeholders and Factorial leaders.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Fluent in English and native Spanish.
