Factorial HR in Barcelona is seeking a CX Business Planning & Analytics Associate who loves numbers and turning data into decisions. You will own the analysis of financial movements, forecasting and target setting for Factorial's Customer Experience organisation.

You'll build models, analyze churn and revenue movements, and craft executive-ready slides for All Hands and leadership reviews, while communicating clearly in English. Spanish language skills at B2 level are required.

Hello!

At Factorial we're looking for a new CX Business Planning & Analytics Associate to help us support and scale our CX team to the next level. We're looking for someone who is genuinely good with numbers. You'll own the analysis of financial movements, forecasting and target setting for Factorial's Customer Experience organisation

About the team

Our Customer Experience team is the voice that guides our users every step of the way, making sure they always get the most out of Factorial. If you’re passionate about people and love turning a challenge into a great experience, you’ll fit right in.

What you'll do

• MRR & revenue movements Track and analyse churn, contraction, expansion and net revenue retention across the CX portfolio. Explain the why behind every movement, not just the delta.
• Planning & target setting Sit at the centre of the CX planning cycle. Build the models that turn company goals into team-level and individual-level targets that hold up under scrutiny.
• Trend analysis & insights Find the patterns in historical data that nobody asked about yet, and bring them forward.
• Executive storytelling Build the slide decks for All Hands and management reviews. Dense with data, clean to look at, obvious what to do next.

What are we looking for?

Non-negotiable:

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets. Comfortable building a model from scratch, structuring messy data, and working with pivots, index/match, nested logic and scenario analysis without help.
• Numerical reasoning. You can be handed a dataset with no context and independently work out what question it answers.
• Logical, structured thinking. You break ambiguous problems into parts, work through them in order, and can defend your reasoning.
• Clear communication in English. Written and verbal. You can explain a model to someone who has never opened it.

Strongly valued:

• 1+ year in a role where numbers were the core of the job — FP&A, financial analysis, business analytics, RevOps, consulting, audit, banking, pricing, or similar.
• SQL — even at a basic level. You'll learn it here if you don't have it, but arriving with it helps.
• Strong slide-building skills. Executive-ready, data-rich, visually clean.
• Comfort with AI tools (Claude, Gemini) as part of daily workflow.
• Spanish: Minimum B2 level required.
