Factorial HR is seeking a Data Entry Analyst–All Markets to join its Customer Experience team in Barcelona. You’ll enter, optimize, and migrate customer data within Factorial’s platform while ensuring data integrity and security.

The role includes building ETL pipelines, supporting legacy migrations, and collaborating across teams to automate data processes. You’ll handle sensitive data with discretion, work on data sources integration, and contribute to AI/LLM tooling to improve verification

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in data modeling, data integration, data migration.
• Strong programming notions.
• Experience with Python programming language.
• Experience working with API Rest endpoints.
• Experience with SaaS data structures is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load customer data into Factorial’s platform using internal tools and low-code automation.
• Lead the migration process for customers moving from legacy systems, ensuring historical data remains intact and accurate.
• Manage integration of multiple data sources, ensuring consistency and resolving formatting conflicts during loading.
• Accurately input text, numerical data, and customer information into Factorial’s systems where automation is not yet available.
• Handle sensitive HR/customer data with discretion and in line with security protocols.
• Collaborate with internal teams, supporting data-related needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency by testing, developing and implementing automation tools.
• Support development of internal AI and LLM tools to improve data verification and validation.

Data Entry Analyst

About the role

As a Data Entry Analyst–All Markets, you’ll join our Customer Experience team and be responsible for accurately entering, and optimizing customer data within Factorial’s platform.

You’ll work with sensitive and confidential information, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and security at all times. Beyond day-to-day data entry, you’ll help define priorities, support internal teams, and contribute to improving processes through automation and smart tooling.

What will you be doing?

• Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) customer data into the SaaS platform using internal tools and low-code automation.
• Lead the migration process for customers moving from legacy systems, ensuring their historical data remains intact, compatible, and accurate.
• Manage the integration of multiple data sources, ensuring consistency and resolving any formatting conflicts during the loading process.
• Accurately input text, numerical data, and customer information into Factorial’s systems where automated solutions are not yet available.
• Handle sensitive and confidential HR/customer data with a high level of discretion and in strict accordance with security protocols.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, supporting their data-related needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency by testing, developing and implementing automation tools.
• Support the development of internal AI and Large Language Model (LLM) tools specifically designed to improve data verification and validation.

Your Profile

• 1+ years of experience in data modeling, data integration, data migration.
• Strong programming notions.
• Experience with Python programming language.
• Experience working with API Rest endpoints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with SaaS data structures is highly desirable.
• You’re proactive, structured, and comfortable proposing new ideas or improvements.
• You have a strong eye for detail and take ownership of your work.
• You are analytical, reliable, and organized.
• C1 to Native level of Spanish (written and spoken).
• B2 level English (For internal communications). Extra languages will be a plus.
• Experience building Data/LLM Pipelines. (Not a must but a plus)
• Familiar with Jira Software and Jira Service management (Not a must but a plus).
• Experience with GraphQL (preferred but not a must).
• Previous experience in data entry, operations, or customer-related roles is a plus, but not a must.
