Factorial in Barcelona HQ is seeking an FP&A Analyst to help shape our financial strategy across the business and for customers. You will build models for budgeting and forecasting, produce monthly reports with variance analysis and KPIs, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Prior FP&A experience in fast-growing tech companies is a plus, and you will thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.

The Role:

We are looking for a FP&A Analyst who is not only experienced but also passionate about financial analysis, with high attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As Factorial continues to scale, this role will play a critical part in shaping our financial strategy, supporting business decisions, and improving processes.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an environment where finance a key Partner all over the company. We expect the FP&A Analyst to help us in driving the change, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance business and financial strategies.

The candidate's main tasks will include:

• Building financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.


• Supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven financial analysis.


• Preparing monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• You are fluent in English and Spanish.
