Valeo Martos is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead people initiatives at our plant. You will coach managers, align HR strategy with production needs, and drive talent development, performance reviews, and employee engagement.

Based on-site, you will partner with unions, manage payroll-related processes, and steer organizational evolution while promoting safety and inclusion across a diverse, international team.

Formación

• Degree or master's in Business, Administration or similar.
• Experience in HRBP or talent management.
• Fluent English (C1) and local language.
• On-site position, preferably from the area.

Responsabilidades

• Coach managers on HR topics and align HR with business goals.
• Lead talent development, appraisals and career pathing.
• Oversee payroll validation and time attendance improvements.
• Represent HR in site committees and engage with unions.
