Job summary

Dauch seeks an experienced HR Manager to partner with the Zumaia and Legazpi plant leadership, aligning people strategy with business goals and driving organizational effectiveness across both sites.

The role requires managing labor relations, compliance with Spanish labor law, talent acquisition, development, and change initiatives to support operational excellence. Fluency in Basque, Spanish and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, business, law or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Experience with unionized labor relations.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law.
• Fluency in Basque, Spanish, and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent priorities.
• Lead employment law compliance and labor relations across both sites.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
• Drive performance management and succession planning.
• Oversee payroll coordination and HR analytics.
• Lead change and transformation initiatives.
