Preply is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Tech & Product TA team in Barcelona. You will own end-to-end hiring for Product, Design, and related Tech roles, partnering with leaders to build high-quality pipelines and strategy.

This role requires 7+ years of recruiting experience, strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and fluency in English; you will collaborate with Employer Branding and can support Engineering hiring as priorities shift.

Formación

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with meaningful exposure to Product and/or Design hiring alongside Tech.
• Proven experience hiring Tech, Product, and Design talent in a fast-paced, product-led tech environment.
• Strong in-house recruiting experience with process, systems, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong TA craft: candidate experience, genuine search, and challenging assumptions to raise the bar.
• Data and insights focus: using metrics to explain decisions and diagnose issues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and own end-to-end hiring for Product, Design, and related Tech roles, partnering with Product and Design leaders.
• Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers: guide on strategy and market expectations for candidates.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Champion structured, evidence-based hiring practices and drive consistency across interview processes.
• Collaborate with Employer Branding to support visibility and attraction for Product, Design, and Tech roles.
• Stay flexible to support Engineering hiring when priorities shift and maintain technical credibility in discussions.
• Use funnel metrics to diagnose quality gaps and improve hiring approaches.
