Preply is expanding its Tech & Product TA team and seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Engineering to own high-impact engineering searches. You will partner with senior engineering leaders, run end-to-end hiring, and raise the bar for sourcing, assessment, and candidate experience.

You will work with Engineering Directors and Hiring Managers to calibrate requirements, shape hiring strategies, and coach peers while delivering a great candidate experience for niche roles in AI/ML and core

Formación

• Several years of experience recruiting for Engineering roles at scale.
• Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders and stakeholders.
• Active sourcing for senior, specialised technical talent.
• Data-driven with recruiting metrics and process improvements.
• 7+ years of recruiting experience in tech environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment for senior engineering roles with niche specialisations.
• Partner with Engineering Directors, VPs, and Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies.
• Source actively using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow and other channels.
• Track funnel metrics and time-to-hire to diagnose and optimize hiring processes.
• Contribute to calibration, scorecards, and interview training across the team.
• Improve employer branding and candidate experience for high-demand roles.
• Coach peers and support less experienced TA teammates on difficult hires.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience to top talent in AI/ML and related domains.
