HP Sant Cugat Site in Barcelona is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead end-to-end recruitment for Spain, partnering with Hiring Managers to define sourcing, screen and negotiate offers. You will use Workday and Eightfold to reach both passive and active candidates, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR/Business, 3+ years of TA experience, and strong English plus other languages a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills (Spanish, German, French…) are considered a strong advantage.
• +3 years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment environment.
• Willing to continuously learn.
• Workday and Eightfold experience will be a plus.
• A strong collaborator with the ability to build relationships across teams and cultures.
• An independent, results-oriented professional with drive and creative power to meet continuous challenges and maintain a positive, can-do approach.
• Ability to adopt a pragmatic and flexible approach while not missing details.
• A passionate recruiting lover with an interest in social media; you play on multiple channels to be part of conversations.

Responsabilidades

• You will manage end to end recruiting process for openings in Spain.
• You will collaborate with Hiring Managers on defining the relevant sourcing strategies, optimal effective methods on screening/interviewing candidates, and offer negotiation steps
• You will leverage key recruitment tools and channels to reach both passive and active candidates on the market, always looking for out-of-the-box solutions
• You will continuously look to expand your own and team knowledge on the talent market, bringing actionable competitors’ moves insights
• You will counsel Hiring Managers on the recruiting process to ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations
• You will participate in talent acquisition process and/or branding enhancement projects to define the next innovative best practice (e.g., university career fairs, employer branding initiatives, and talent engagement events).
