Job summary

SumUp is seeking a Senior Tech TA Partner based in the Barcelona hub to own end-to-end hiring for Engineering, Product, Data and Design roles in Banking & Lending. You will shape hiring strategy as a local expert, scaling critical product-focused teams across Europe.

You will build trusted relationships with hiring managers, lead regular cadences, and deliver data-driven market insights to prioritize roles and improve time-to-fill. Fluency in English is required for our international team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in full-cycle talent acquisition for tech roles (Engineering, Product, Data, Design).
• Expertise in advanced sourcing, market mapping, and building diverse top-of-funnel strategies.
• Ability to advise hiring managers on market realities, prioritization, and interview calibration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for Engineering, Product, Data, and Design roles as we scale.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers across Banking and Lending portfolios.
• Lead regular hiring cadences with clear pipeline visibility and data-led recommendations.
