Preply is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - Tech & Product to lead hiring for Product, Design, and related Tech roles. You will partner with leaders, shape talent strategy, and scale effective, high-quality hiring processes.

You will source top talent, advise managers, and drive data-informed decisions while collaborating with branding and engineering teams to grow Preply's global product and tech capabilities.

Formación

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with product and design hiring exposure.
• Proven experience hiring Tech, Product and Design in a fast-paced product-led environment.
• Strong in-house recruiting experience with process, systems and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong TA craft focused on candidate experience and high assessment standards.
• Love for data and insights; ability to turn data into decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end hiring for Product, Design, and related Tech roles.
• Advise hiring managers on strategy, candidate quality, and speed of decisions.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and market adjustments.
• Champion structured, evidence-based hiring practices across interviews and decisions.
• Tell Preply's story to attract talent with credibility and context.
• Use funnel data to drive better decisions and diagnose bottlenecks.
• Spot process gaps and propose clear, actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Employer Branding to amplify visibility.

You'll play a critical role in hiring exceptional talent across our product, design, tech and engineering functions. You'll bring deep recruiting expertise, a strategic mindset, and a love for building effective, scalable processes. This role is about more than filling roles; it's about helping shape the future of Preply's go‑to‑market and business organisation.

About this role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Tech & Product TA team. You'll play a critical role in hiring exceptional talent across Product and Design, alongside supporting Tech hiring more broadly. You'll bring strong recruiting expertise, a strategic mindset, and a genuine care for building effective, high‑quality hiring processes. This role is about more than filling roles; it's about helping shape how we hire for Tech & Product as we scale.

You'll partner closely with the leaders of these functions, acting as a credible advisor on talent strategy and hiring quality, not just an executor of requirements. You'll stay flexible enough to pick up other Tech & Product roles as priorities shift, and you'll be expected to bring real independence and judgement to how you run your own pipelines.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and own end‑to‑end hiring for Product, Design, and related Tech roles, partnering closely with our Product and Design leaders.
• Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers : guide stakeholders on hiring strategy, what good candidates look like in the market, and how to make faster, better‑informed decisions.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top‑tier talent, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and adapting your approach as roles or markets shift.
• Champion structured, evidence‑based hiring practices : apply scorecards rigorously, contribute to calibration, and drive consistency and quality across your interview processes and decisions.
• Bring the Preply story to life , leveraging your understanding of the product and business to make a compelling, credible case for the role and the company.
• Use data to drive better decisions : track your own funnel metrics - conversion, time‑in‑stage, source of hire - and use them to diagnose where quality is dropping and adjust your approach, not just to report status.
• Spot and help fix process gaps : notice where a process, handoff, or step isn't working, and bring a clear, actionable suggestion for how to improve it.
• Stay flexible across Tech & Product : support Engineering hiring when priorities require it, and bring enough technical understanding to have credible conversations with Engineering stakeholders when needed.
• Collaborate with Employer Branding : work with the Employer Branding team to support visibility and attraction efforts for Product, Design, and Tech roles.

What you need to succeed:

• 7+ years of recruiting experience , with meaningful exposure to Product and/or Design hiring alongside Tech.
• Proven experience hiring Tech, Product, and Design talent in a fast‑paced, product‑led tech environment, with solid exposure to Tech hiring more broadly.
• Strong in‑house recruiting experience : you know what great looks like when it comes to process, systems, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong TA craft : you care deeply about candidate experience, know how to run a genuine search rather than just manage a requisition, and aren't afraid to challenge assumptions or push for a higher bar.
• A love for data and insights : you know how
