JLL in Barcelona is seeking an Occupancy Planner to join the Occupancy Planning and Management team. You will track, analyze, and update space data to develop scenario and occupancy plans for our client's portfolio in the designated region.

The role requires strong Excel skills, the ability to interpret floor plans, and the capacity to present data in PowerPoint. You''ll collaborate across facility management and other business units to optimize space and support migration plans.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• Experience with space planning for corporate clients.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to interpret floor plans and layouts.
• Excellent communication and project management.

Responsabilidades

• Track, analyse and update space data.
