Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Barcelona is seeking a Planner / Scheduler to lead advanced planning, scheduling, and progress measurement on major projects. You will apply scheduling techniques, risk analysis, and change management to support project objectives.

You will coordinate WBS and CBS development, prepare reports, and analyze deviations to propose corrective actions. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with strong communication across project teams.

Qualifications

• Expertise in project controls and time/schedule management.
• Experience with project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred).
• Ability to coordinate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong tenacity and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to build good working relationships with project team.

Responsibilities

• Implement Project Planning/Scheduling strategy reflecting Company roles and expectations.
• Coordinate development and implementation of WBS and CBS with project leads and contractor controls teams.
• Prepare staffing, engineering, construction progress and customized reports.
• Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and contractor schedules.
• Conduct schedule analysis, critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis for the project.
• Analyze deviations from baseline and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare integrated planning/scheduling contribution to Monthly Project Report and other reports.
• Analyze schedule impact of variances/change orders.
• Prepare resourcing plans for overall and project phases with peak leveling recommendations.
