Job summary

Otis is seeking a Regional Commodity Leader for Raw Materials (EMEA) to shape sourcing strategies across Europe factories. You will drive supplier negotiations, ensure supply resilience, and align procurement with engineering and finance to support profitability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance or Economics).
• Significant experience in strategic sourcing and category management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EMEA sourcing strategies aligned with global commodity goals.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract renewals, and strategic agreements.
• Define supplier allocation, dual-sourcing, and continuity plans.
• Drive localisation and cost-reduction to boost competitiveness.
• Manage a raw materials portfolio over $100M and targets.
• Monitor markets and trends to inform risk mitigation.
• Build executive-level supplier relationships and drive performance.
• Support data-driven decisions with dashboards and cost models.
