Otis is seeking a SERVICE PARTS MATERIALS PLANNING & PROCUREMENT TRANSFORMATION LEADER (H/M) to drive the EMEA parts planning, network optimization, and procurement transformation across multiple sites. The role requires leadership, strategic vision, and close collaboration with Engineering and Service teams, with significant travel.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in a similar leadership role.
• Knowledge of service operations and inventory planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the EMEA spare parts materials planning function across centers, warehouses and service locations.
• Optimize inventory allocation and distribution strategies.
• Develop inventory strategies balancing service levels and inventory investment targets.
• Set and maintain inventory planning parameters (safety stock, reorder points, forecast models).
• Improve inventory availability, fill rates, and stock health across the network.
• Drive initiatives to reduce working capital via inventory optimization.
• Lead reduction of excess/obsolete inventory and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Service on obsolescence, transitions, and changes.
• Support drop-shipment and alternative fulfilment models where appropriate.
• Lead implementation and improvement of planning and procurement systems and tools.
