Job summary

Otis is seeking a Regional Commodity Leader, Raw Materials (EMEA) to shape the sourcing strategy for critical spend across Europe factories. You will lead supplier negotiations and ensure supply resilience while partnering with Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Finance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EMEA sourcing strategies aligned with global commodity objectives.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract renewals, and strategic commercial agreements.
• Define supplier allocation, dual-sourcing, and business continuity strategies to ensure supply resilience.
• Drive localization and cost-reduction initiatives to enhance competitiveness and mitigate market risks.
• Manage a raw materials portfolio exceeding $100M and deliver productivity and financial performance targets.
• Monitor commodity markets and industry trends, providing strategic insights and risk mitigation plans.
• Build and manage executive-level supplier relationships, driving performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Support data-driven decision-making through commodity dashboards, cost models, financial analysis, and market intelligence.
