Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in strategic resource planning, workforce management, or operational planning in a global setting.
• Strong project management experience coordinating multi-functional initiatives.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning.

• Identify resource gaps and secure capabilities across sites.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and financial targets.
• Develop agile, sustainable resource models for portfolio-driven allocation.
• Collaborate with finance for annual strategy and portfolio planning.

• Support leadership in cross-functional alignment and execution.
