Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in Research Operations or related leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end research and insights lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale research tools and recruitment platforms.
• Knowledge of governance standards for consent, privacy, and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the ResearchOps operating model and workflows.
• Scale participant management processes including recruitment and scheduling.
• Ensure governance, consent, privacy, security, and data handling compliance.
• Develop and manage knowledge repositories for insights across the enterprise.
• Lead the research tools ecosystem, licensing, and vendor management.
• Drive enablement programs through onboarding, training, templates, and coaching.
• Measure ResearchOps impact via metrics on insights adoption and efficiency.
• Champion responsible AI-enabled research operations with governance.
