Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in strategic resource planning or workforce/operational planning within a global organization.
• Strong project management across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, financial targets, and multi-year planning.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical actions using data insights.

Responsibilities

• Identify resource gaps with Site Management and Monitoring leadership.
• Implement resourcing strategies; track budgets and staffing requirements.
• Build relationships across functions for resource deployment and reallocation.
• Support budgeting, financial targets, and process improvement with Finance.
• Coordinate financial planning during annual strategy and portfolio cycles.
• Develop sustainable, agile resource models for portfolio-driven allocation.
• Create data-driven approaches to strengthen strategic workforce planning.
• Assist leadership in managing functional budgets and travel expenditure.
• Align with project management colleagues to optimize processes and collaboration.
• Represent Operations leadership across key initiatives.
