Kreios Space Ltd is seeking a Senior Public Funding & Bid Manager to align technology roadmaps with strategic initiatives and competitive project proposals. You will coordinate the full lifecycle of participation in European, national and institutional programmes, from landscape monitoring to reporting on awarded projects.

You will lead end-to-end funding proposals, shape budgets, manage stakeholders, and ensure compliant, well-documented delivery across multiple opportunities.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in public R&D funding, grants or innovation funding.
• Proven experience leading complex funding proposals and awarded projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of European and Spanish funding programmes (ESA, EC, CDTI) or similar.
• Strong financial understanding: budgeting, eligible costs, funding rates, financial justification and audits.
• Ability to translate complex technical projects into competitive, financially robust proposals.
• Highly autonomous, organized, and able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and funding processes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead public funding proposals end-to-end from opportunity assessment to submission and negotiation.
• Build compelling proposals translating Kreios Space’s roadmap into credible, impactful projects.
• Define and optimise project budgets, eligible costs, funding rates, resources and subcontracting.
• Coordinate inputs from engineering, finance, partners and stakeholders while maintaining efficient workloads.
• Take ownership of awarded projects including amendments, reporting, audits and interactions with funding authorities.
• Manage multiple funding opportunities and projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance and delivery.
• Support the Head of Public Funding in evaluating opportunities and improving project pipelines.
