Airbus Helicopters España is seeking a senior professional to transform technology roadmaps into funded R&D initiatives. Based in Getafe, you will identify strategic European and national funding opportunities, build collaborative consortia, and steer bids for public financing across Spain and Europe.

You will coordinate with R&T teams and different internal functions to ensure proposals align with strategic roadmaps, while safeguarding IP and managing cross-organizational relationships.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional experience in R&D funding or related fields.
• At least 5 years dedicated to R&D public funding capture in aerospace/defense.
• Strong aeronautical technical background and understanding of technology roadmaps.
• Extensive network with national and European funding bodies (e.g., CDTI, MINTUR, DGAM).

Responsabilidades

• Funding Intelligence & Strategy: identify European, national and regional funding opportunities and map landscapes.
• Capture & Bidding Management: lead proposal preparation for public funding, industrial investment, and procurement calls.
• Strategic Lobbying & Influence: engage external stakeholders to defend the technology roadmap.
• Consortium Building & Alliances: build and maintain consortia with industrial partners, SMEs, universities, and research centers.
• Handover & Coordination: ensure smooth transition from capture to contract execution and support project execution.
• Technology Alignment: coordinate with R&T teams to map roadmaps against funding mechanisms and communicate with stakeholders.
• IP Protection: ensure consortium agreements protect Airbus Helicopters' IP rights.
