Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Control Systems Project Pursuit professional in Spain to lead strategic pursuit activities across process industries. You will identify opportunities, engage accounts, and develop winning strategies with sales, engineering, and operations teams to solve complex business challenges with automation and digital transformation solutions.

The role requires collaboration with global teams, excellent stakeholder management, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

Experience in project pursuit, strategic sales, business development, account management or a related customer-facing role.
Knowledge of process automation and digital transformation technologies is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Own pursuit strategies and support achievement of annual business objectives within assigned industries and territories.
Identify, qualify, and prioritize strategic project opportunities.
Lead project pursuit activities and coordinate cross-functional resources to develop winning solutions.
Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer priorities and growth objectives.
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and key decision-makers.
Gather and communicate customer, market, and competitive intelligence to support strategy.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
Support commercial and technical discussions throughout the sales cycle.
Expand Emerson's presence in existing and new accounts through proactive business development.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure successful opportunity execution and customer satisfaction.
