Job summary

Emerson in Spain seeks a Control Systems Project Pursuit leader to drive the identification and qualification of strategic DCS and automation projects. You will influence specifications, engage with EPCs, end users, and consultants, and advance pursuit strategies while promoting DeltaV technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in project pursuit, strategic sales, business development, or related customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of DCS, SIS, industrial software, reliability solutions, or digital transformation technologies.
• Experience supporting process automation and developing customer-focused solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Consultative selling and opportunity qualification capabilities.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer requirements.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally; legal authorization to work in Spain.
