Fia is seeking a Project Controller to manage the financials of large-scale engineering and architectural projects. This role partners with Project Managers, Contract Managers and Operations to ensure compliant reporting, forecasting and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

You will structure cost models, validate revenue recognition, and drive cash flow through timely invoicing and milestones.

Formación

• Project Finance experience in engineering, consulting, or professional services.
• Knowledge of billing structures, revenue recognition principles, and risk allocation mechanisms.
• Analytical rigor with forecasts, variance analyses, and large data sets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting demanding month-end and reporting deadlines.
• Independent judgment to make sound financial decisions with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with operational teams, management, and auditors.
• Experience with ERP financial modules and advanced Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the project cost model and assess financial feasibility.
• Review risks/opportunities and support Go/No-Go decisions.
• Set up project billing plan and revenue schedule in ERP.
• Issue invoices, manage advances and guarantees, and monitor cash flow.
• Lead quarterly financial reviews and update forecast costs to complete.
• Close month-end activities and ensure revenue is invoiced and collected.
• Support tax inquiries and respond to audit requirements.
