Jobtailor in Madrid seeks a Financial Controller / Project Administrator to manage budgets, invoices, and reporting for infrastructure projects. You will coordinate with stakeholders and maintain cash flow forecasts to ensure contractual compliance.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in financial control, project administration, or accounting in infrastructure, construction, or energy sectors.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, budgeting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) in line with budgets and update budgets accordingly.
• Maintain and organize contractual and administrative documentation databases (contracts, invoices, supplier docs).
• Track invoices from certification to payment and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Monitor and update project budgets, track expenditures, and identify variances.
• Maintain cash flow forecasts based on project progress and financial conditions.
• Prepare periodic financial reports (Weekly Cashflow, Monthly Variance, Monthly Consolidation, updated models).
• Support the Technical Control Manager in documentation for utilization requests.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper financial tracking and reporting.
• Assist in audits and regulatory inspections by preparing required documentation.
