Allianz Technology is seeking a Senior Controller to lead the Strategic Projects area within the unified CTO-1 and Central Europe Finance team. You will drive financial initiatives across Germany, Switzerland and Central Europe, engaging senior stakeholders and taking ownership of complex multi-entity topics.

You will manage central requests, support reporting, and deliver clear financial analysis and project updates.

Formación

• At least 8 years of experience in controlling or finance, with exposure to strategic projects in a complex, international environment.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver to senior stakeholders under pressure.
• Strong financial analysis skills and ability to turn complex topics into clear output.
• Genuine interest in AI and automation tools (Claude, Power BI, Power Platform) and knowledge of SAP FI/CO or similar ERP.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and can present to a senior audience.
• Comfort with bringing Steering, Reporting, and central functions together.

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategic projects end to end, owning financial initiatives and central demand.
• Be the first point of contact for central requests, prioritizing and tracking delivery.
• Support reporting by contributing to management output and decision-ready content.
• Package and present financial analysis and project updates clearly for senior management.
• Promote AI and automation to streamline work and improve processes.
• Communicate proactively with central and local colleagues and senior leaders across regions.
• Support the transformation to unite Germany, Switzerland, and Central Europe under the new Finance setup.
