Job summary

Julius Baer seeks a PMO Analyst to support the Business & Regulatory Transformation (BRT) within the Digital Business Transformation division in Madrid. You will work with the Head BRT, project leads, programme managers and senior stakeholders to ensure transparent reporting, effective decision-making and efficient execution.

Your role combines PMO, business management and analytics, exposing you to portfolio management, financial tracking, governance, capacity planning and team operations

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Up to 3 years of PMO, project management, consulting, financial services, business management, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail with the ability to structure information and derive insights.
• Excellent Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Monitor project financials, budgets and resource allocation to support effective portfolio oversight.
• Maintain project and portfolio plans, track key milestones, risks, dependencies and execution progress.
• Support project portfolio management and capacity planning activities to ensure transparency and prioritization across initiatives.
• Conduct business analysis and data-driven assessments to support planning, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide business management support for project teams, including coordination of meetings, workshops, communications, and team development activities.
• Support governance and decision-making processes through the preparation of management reports, presentations, and committee materials.
• Coordinate steering committees and other governance forums, including agenda management, meeting documentation, and follow-up of actions.
