Job summary

Julius Baer is seeking a PMO Analyst to support the Business & Regulatory Transformation team within the Digital Business Transformation division in Madrid. You will monitor project financials, maintain plans, and help with governance and reporting.

Ideal candidates have a university degree and up to 3 years in PMO or related roles, excel in MS Office, and communicate clearly in English. This role offers exposure to strategic initiatives and fast-paced project execution.

Qualifications

• University degree in business/IS/economics/finance.
• Up to 3 years of PMO/project management or similar.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project financials, budgets and resource allocation.
• Maintain project and portfolio plans, track milestones, risks and progress.
• Support portfolio management and capacity planning for transparency.
• Conduct business analysis and data-driven assessments for planning and reporting.
• Provide business management support: meetings, workshops, communications, team development.
• Support governance with management reports, presentations, and committee materials.
• Coordinate steering committees and governance forums, agenda and actions follow-up.
