Job summary

Julius Baer is seeking a PMO Analyst to empower the Business & Regulatory Transformation (BRT) team within the Digital Business Transformation division. You will collaborate with the Head BRT, programme managers and senior stakeholders to ensure transparent reporting, effective decision-making and efficient execution across a broad project portfolio.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of PMO/project management/financial services experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to structure information and derive insights.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project financials, budgets and resource allocation for portfolio oversight.
• Maintain project and portfolio plans, track milestones, risks, dependencies and progress.
• Support portfolio management and capacity planning for transparency and prioritization.
• Conduct business analysis and data-driven assessments for planning and reporting.
• Provide business management support including meetings, workshops, communications, and team development.
• Support governance and decision-making with management reports and committee materials.
• Coordinate steering committees and governance forums, including agenda management and actions follow-up.
