Job summary

Esteve, headquartered in Barcelona, is seeking a Supply Planning professional to manage the global supply planning for Esteve Pharma’s portfolio, coordinating with CMOs and internal sites.

You will own the production plan, monitor KPIs like OTIF and stockouts, maintain master data, and drive continuous improvement with ERP tools such as SAP. Fluency in English required; German/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply or demand planning in pharma/consumer health.
• Excellent understanding of supply planning concepts, KPIs and ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Own supply planning process and maintain accurate production plans with CMOs and internal sites.
• Monitor stock levels, lead times, and safety stock to avoid stockouts and overstocks.
• Coordinate with CMOs on forecasts, orders, capacity constraints, and transfers.
• Analyze supply planning performance via KPIs (OTIF, stockouts) and drive improvements.
• Maintain planning master data (MOQ, lead times, BOM) in ERP and support S&OP.
