Job summary

Sanofi in Barcelona seeks a Supply Chain Production Planning Site Expert to lead site-level production planning for all product families. You will review core model requirements, ensure consistency across streams, and drive end-to-end planning improvements.

Collaboration with SMS, Quality, Manufacturing and downstream teams is essential. Ideal candidates will have a Master in Business Management or Supply Chain, strong project management skills, and proven multi-site planning experience.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Business Management/Supply Chain or Logistics and a track record in Supply Planning onsite.
• Experience in multi-site planning, manufacturing and scheduling.
• Strong leadership and change-management capabilities.
• Fluent in English; French/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Production Planning processes at Site level for all product families.
• Review and scale up all requirements related to Production Planning processes defined in the core model.
• Guarantee business requirements are covered and consistent between all streams for new business needs.
• Proactively improve upstream planning processes and support end-to-end planning.
• Contribute to change management for new processes and tools within Production Planning.
• Create partnerships with SMS, Quality, Manufacturing and Downstream colleagues.
• Participate & animate a MSP Community of experts across regions and units.
• Deploy processes and solutions meeting GBUs and Global Supply Chain needs.
• Support Sanofi on Digital Transformation and KPIs monitoring.
