ESTEVE, based in Barcelona, seeks a senior FP&A leader to drive budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning for its CDMO operations. You will partner with commercial teams, analyze performance, and guide cost optimization across a global manufacturing network.

The role requires deep FP&A leadership, experience in multinational pharma environments, and strong Excel and SAP skills. Fluent English is essential, Spanish valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering is required.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance is preferred.
• Strong Excel, SAP and BI tool knowledge for robust FP&A workflows.
• Experience in manufacturing finance and cost structures is highly valued.
• Fluent English; Spanish valued.

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning for the CDMO business.
• Oversee monthly performance reviews, analyze variances vs budget/forecast.
• Provide financial support to commercial teams on pricing and quotations.
• Drive financial analysis to support investments, sourcing and cost optimization.
• Develop global cost-control tools and reporting standards.
• Define KPIs and build business cases for investments.
• Mentor the FP&A team and partner with CDMO leadership.
