Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in production planning, supply planning, materials planning, or similar role in manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of SAP, Excel and planning systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making and stakeholder influence.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production plans and schedules aligned with demand and capacity.
• Monitor capacity constraints and minimize disruptions.
• Maintain healthy inventory levels of finished goods and key materials.
• Collaborate with production, materials planning, logistics, and customer-facing teams.
• Analyze scenarios to inform planning decisions amid demand changes.
• Maintain master data accuracy and support SAP usage.
