Job summary

Sanofi in Barcelona seeks a Production Planning Lead to orchestrate site-level planning across product families, ensuring alignment with global processes and KPIs. You will drive end-to-end planning improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable efficient upstream and downstream operations.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Business Management/Supply Chain or Logistics is required.
• Strong experience in Production Planning and Scheduling in a multi-site environment.
• Ability to lead change management and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own Production Planning processes at Site level for all product families.
• Scale up requirements from assessment to final proposal and implementation.
• Proactively improve upstream planning processes and support new tools and changes.
• Build partnerships with SMS, Quality, Manufacturing, and Downstream teams.
