Job summary

Esteve is seeking an experienced professional to manage artworks and mock-ups for Esteve Pharma products within a regulated supply chain environment. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure timely art workflows, and support serialization topics with IT and Quality teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of packaging materials databases, SAP ERP, and proficiency in English, with experience across regulatory/GxP in pharma, consumer health, or FMCG sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in artworks and mock-ups change management in Pharma/Consumer Health/FMCG
• In-depth supply chain management knowledge with external SCM exposure
• Understanding of printing/prepress processes and the printing industry
• Regulatory Affairs & GxP knowledge
• Graphic Design/Corporate Communication, Marketing & Advertising
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, coordination & communication skills
• Adaptability, agility, time management & strategic thinking
• Experience with SAP ERP system
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams

Responsibilities

• End-to-end coordination of mock-ups and artworks with internal and external stakeholders
• Obtain required information (GTIN, texts, images, logos, plans) from relevant departments
• Coordinate artworks realization through external design agencies
• Review and approve new artwork versions and manage modifications
• Provide final artworks to the CMO for production changes
• Coordinate timely artwork implementations with Pharma Supply Planners
• Manage packaging materials supply and create detailed packaging plans
• Maintain artwork and packaging materials databases in SAP MM
• Collaborate on transfers, launches and new design projects
• Create and update SOPs and training materials; drive continuous improvement
