Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
• APICS/ASCM certification and strong understanding of S&OP processes.
• Experience with supply planning systems (SAP IBP) and ERP environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, replenishment, and planning methodologies.
• Experience developing and monitoring Supply Chain KPIs and performance metrics.
• Experience participating in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Planning or related roles, preferably in pharma.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain replenishment plans to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory.
• Monitor inventory performance, stock coverage, and replenishment parameters for improvements.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain, manufacturing sites, and local stakeholders on supply plans.
• Coordinate with local and international CMOs to execute rolling forecast and POs.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery performance, lead times, service levels and logistics efficiency.
• Support annual pricing reviews and negotiations with CMOs to optimize costs and supply continuity.
• Lead bi-weekly performance reviews with key CMOs to monitor KPIs and mitigate risks.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish processes to minimize business impact.
• Support launches, transfers and lifecycle management from a supply planning view.
• Ensure demand forecasts integrate effectively into supply planning.
