Job summary

ClearPeaks, a GlobalLogic company, seeks an HR Business Partner to serve as the regional HR partner for the Barcelona area, guiding employees and managers on employment matters and aligning local needs with Group HR policies.

You will drive talent management, performance reviews, succession planning, and regional HR communications, collaborating with external advisors and local management to sustain an agile, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with Spanish labor laws and regional compliance standards (employment matters, workplace conditions).
• Ability to balance Group-level strategy with local country specifics.
• Proven experience guiding talent cycles (appraisals, succession planning, development) in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to navigate change and mediate conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Guidance on Spanish employment law and local compliance.
• Coordinate regional HR programs, adapt global policies to local requirements, and drive regional HR communications and change management.
• Coordinate performance reviews, goal setting, talent assessments, and succession planning within the Group framework.
• Advise leadership on conflict resolution, performance concerns, workplace grievances, and disciplinary actions.
