Genmab A/S in Madrid seeks an Oncology Key Account Manager to establish Genmab in Spain, building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, centers, and oncology professionals across central and northern Spain, including Madrid. You will promote the oncology portfolio with a focus on solid tumors and gynecologic oncology, drive product adoption, and enable regional access.

Formación

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with 3+ years in oncology.
• Experience in gynecological oncology and/or antibody-drug conjugates preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in complex therapeutic areas.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs and key accounts in the solid tumor market.
• Solid understanding of Spain’s oncology reimbursement pathways and regional access systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet commercial objectives.
• Drive brand awareness and product adoption through value-based partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Marketing, Market Access and other teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient pathways and access to therapies.
• Manage territory budgets and resources in compliance with policies.
• Engage stakeholders through virtual and face-to-face channels, adapting to preferences.
