Genmab is seeking an Associate Director, Medical Affairs Strategy in Madrid to lead the development and delivery of Medical Affairs strategies for assigned oncology assets. You will drive launch readiness, evidence generation, and lifecycle management while coordinating with European and global teams to translate scientific data and stakeholder insights into actionable medical plans.

• Advanced degree in PharmD, PhD, or MD required.
• 5+ years in medical affairs, clinical development, or related roles.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into medical strategies.
• Strong data interpretation and understanding of oncology
• Experience working with local/regional/global teams and advisory boards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver Medical Affairs strategic and tactical plans with cross-functional teams.
• Identify evidence gaps and prioritize activities across launch readiness and lifecycle management.
• Act as SME in cross-functional teams, advisory boards, and congresses.
• Support pre/peri/post-launch medical activities for assigned assets.
• Partner with MSLs to execute local Medical Affairs strategies.
• Shape product strategy and launch/lifecycle plans with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, and Market Access.
• Oversee local data generation strategy and ensure alignment of materials with strategy.
• Engage Thought Leaders and patient groups for insights.
