Revolut is expanding its Sales team worldwide. We’re looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive who’s a people-focused expert at identifying prospective mid-market customers.

With detailed knowledge of our full product suite, you’ll match customers to the best plan based on their needs, helping them to adopt new features and increase usage of existing ones. In this role you’ll activate new customers in the mid-market segment, prospect high-potential accounts, conduct discovery and qualification,

Formación

• Fluent in English and at least one of Portuguese or Spanish.
• 1+ year of experience in sales or business development.
• 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive handling full sales cycles.
• Track record of closing high-value deals in mid-market segments.
• Strong prospecting skills to generate leads and pursue new opportunities.
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments, ideally fintech.
• Ability to interact with senior decision-makers (C-suite).
• Excellent communication to articulate product capabilities to large customers.

Responsabilidades

• Activate new customers in the mid-market segment.
• Prospect mid-market accounts based on indicators like turnover, employees, and business nature.
• Conduct discovery and qualification during signup and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with Product Sales Executives to deepen relationships and cross-sell.
