• 10–15 years of experience in Market Access & pricing.
• Strong knowledge of Spain's market access landscape.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyse, and implement P&R policy strategies for Spain.
• Translate regulatory and payer information into actionable plans.
• Lead HTA submissions and pricing discussions with stakeholders.
• Develop local market access strategies aligned with EU/global goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and external vendors.
