Delrin USA, LLC is seeking an Account & Business Development Manager - Medical to lead strategic growth in medical markets, with focus on drug delivery and connected health. You will manage key accounts, translate customer needs into differentiated value propositions, and mobilize Marketing, Sales and Technology & Innovation teams globally.

The role requires senior experience, an expansive network across the medical value chain, and the ability to turn market insights into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in medical devices, drug delivery, connected health or related technology field.
• Strong network across value chain including decision-makers and influencers.
• Ability to create and execute strategic account plans and translate insights into value propositions.

• Manage and develop strategic medical accounts with focus on drug delivery and connected health.
• Build broad relationships across customer organizations and departments.
• Create, align and execute strategic account plans with clear growth priorities and measurable objectives.
• Lead complex commercial discussions and coordinate global account activities for consistency and value.
• Identify and develop new growth opportunities across medical value chains in cooperation with Marketing.
